Job Responsibilities岗位职责:

1. Prepare export shipping documents and supplier contracts for review in standard templates according to the project requirements and data received from line manager. 根据项目要求及相关数据资料准备出口运输、供应商合同等相关文件。
2. Contact suppliers to confirm delivery lead times for items.联系供应商确认采购订单的进度、到货时间等。
3. Place PO in ERP system and maintain all data in a timely and accurate manner. 负责ERP系统采购订单的录入与维护，确保系统数据的及时性和准确性。
4. Follow up all purchase orders to ensure On-Time, In Full (OTIF) delivery of goods according to Haygrove sales contracts. 跟进所有项目采购订单，确保所有产品根据合同准时、完整地交付。
5. In the event of discrepancies between actual delivery quantity or quality of goods and contract, contact suppliers for explanations and proposals on solutions. 若实际验收的产品数量、质量与合同约定有差异时，及时与供应商联系并提供解决方案。
6. Prepare payment approval forms according to contract conditions and provide to line manager for review. 根据合同条款准备付款申请供直线经理审批。
7. Other tasks or projects assigned by line manager. 其他直线经理安排的工作或项目。

Job Requirements 岗位要求:

1. 1-3 years relevant purchasing and logistics experience in an international trading company, be familiar with ERP system. 1-3年外贸公司相关采购及物流相关工作经验，熟悉ERP系统。
2. High sense of responsibility, positive working attitude, result-driven and client-orinted while able to work under multi-tasks. 高度的责任感、主动积极、结果导向和客户导向，能同时处理多项工作。
3. Excellent communication skills and English skills for the management of internal and external stakeholders.   优秀的沟通及英文能力，妥善管理内外部的利益相关方。
4. Flexible and readinessto work in a challenging and dynamic learning environment. 灵活、愿意在具有挑战和快速发展的公司学习成长。
5. Bachelor degree or above with relevant major in Purchasing, Logistics or business Management will be a plus. 本科或以上学历，采购、物流或贸易相关专业优先。
