岗位职责：

1、负责项目各类电脑文档的编号、打印、排版和归档；

2、负责项目各类纸质资料的收编、整理、归档；

3、负责项目办公室、会议室的环境日常维护，确保办公区的整洁有序；

4、协助员工招聘工作，接待求职者、解答咨询、协助填写资料；负责新员工的入职手续办理；

5、负责项目相关公文的撰写及文化墙的信息更新；

6、领带交办的其它工作；

任职资格：

1、25-35，大专以上学历，专业不限

2、2年以上文职相关工作经验，其中文员、行政、助理类工作经验优先；

3、熟悉办公室行政管理工作流程并具有较强的沟通能力和书写能力；

4、熟练操作电脑，尤其是office及其他基本办公软件

5、适应医院办公环境

薪资待遇：3500元/月（五险一金+周末双休+带薪年假+节日福利+绩效奖金）

上班时间：早8：00--晚6：00 周末双休

上班地址：重庆市两江新区金渝大道20号重庆医科大学附属儿童医院两江院区（轻轨6号线礼嘉站A出口）
