主要工作职责 

• 负责车贷零售客户账务相关的系统操作；
• 协助财务部处理相关的银行对账工作；
• 通过短信平台给车贷零售客户发送各种服务类短信
• 处理各类系统账户维护及材料准备工作，包括但不限于：展期，延期等
• 应客户需求为其开具车辆保险理赔证明
• 为结清贷款客户准备解抵押资料
• 归档及管理客户的整套原始材料
• 维护客户的各类系统信息，确保处理的高效性准确性
• 接听零售客户和经销商的咨询电话，为其提供及时细致的话务服务；为投诉客户提供专业有效的解决方案
• 处理因业务需求而发生的其他各类工作。

 

任职要求: 

• 大学本科/大学专科，工商管理和金融专业优先
• 具备良好的客户服务意识
• 具备良好的内外部沟通和团队合作能力
• 熟练使用各种Microsoft办公软件.
• 良好的英语读写能力
• 一年以上工作经验，有相关行业经验者优先
