职位描述
- 按照相关法律法规和公司SOP，GCP，执行与药厂合作的临床试验（I-III期）中心实验室的管理，跟进项目进度，确保研究项目的有序平稳进行
- 负责项目管理操作过程的相关文件的起草和设计
- 协助临床运营经理完善并实施各项规章制度
- 负责在项目管理过程中，及时与公司内部相关部门进行沟通和协调；
- 负责与项目客户、研究中心人员以及其他相关人员保持良好、适时的沟通，维护良好的合作关系；
- 负责完成上级交办的其他工作。
职位要求：
- 医药相关专业，本科及以上学历
- 从事药物临床研究工作2年以上，具备基本的项目管理技能和经验
- 之前从事过实验室工作，或CRA、CRC工作的优先
- 对于临床研发，GCP，肿瘤疾病相关知识以及相关法规具备基本认识
- 责任心强，具有良好的沟通能力和协调能力
- 有团队合作精神
- 熟练电脑操作，具有一定的英语读写能力
