Air Logistics Intern

Job description

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Shipment arrangement after got booking from customer;
• Prepare documents such as AWB( Airway Bill), Manifest via company system in time and with good quality ;
• Cooperate with other team members and related departments to close the whole job smoothly ;
• Answer inquiries and settle problems with overseas and report and escalate to superior properly;

Your skills and experience

• To be successful in this position, you must have college or above education, forwarding and logistics background is preferred.
• Acting as an Airfreight documentation, you need to be proficient in Microsoft Office, has good English skill.
• You need to have strong sense of responsibility, team work spirit and willing to learn.
