· 领导并执行EPT的 SQCDP 绩效。

· 到现场观察，理解，确认工艺流程，从而确保标准化操作的有效性。

· 改善并优化标准化作业流程，提升设备效率和人员效率

· 发现质量及安全隐患，立即采取行动进行管理，确保无安全和质量问题升级恶化

· 与支持部门沟通，制定行动计划，检查进展情况，将反复出现的问题升级。

· 与内部客户/价值流中的其他主管沟通，以满足内部客户的需求。

· 确保适当的人员编制符合效率和准时交付目标。

· 确保QPS上参与或主导的问题得到根本解决。

· 确保正确使用 EPT 板，并检查它们是否完整、准确和最新。

· 对车间各类报表、原始资料的及时性、真实性负责。

· 负责车间员工的日常管理，对现场5S负责，强化定置定位管理，创造美好生产环境，提高员工素养。

· 定期组织员工面谈，倡导员工主动改善，鼓励员工发展

· 持续改善现有的工作流程，倡导精益生产，发现并消除生产过程浪费。

· 处理车间的突发事件，严格遵循升级流程及时请示和汇报进展。

完成上级安排的其他工作任务。

职位需求：

• 机械专业专科以上学历；
• 汽车行业背景， TS16949质量认证经验;
• 2-3年以上一线装配、焊接生产管理经验；
• 电熟练使用word /excel等office软件

• 了解气保焊(MIG) 、钨极氩弧焊(TIG)的操作；
• 了解焊接机器人（例如，MOTOMAN）操作，示教，及简单编程；
• 熟悉英文机械图纸
