1. 全面负责工厂仓库工作；

2. 对公司部门人员和货物安全负责，加强人员和车辆的安全管理，落实公司安全管理制度，杜绝安全事故；

3. 负责仓库人员、叉车、原材料和成品的全面管理；

4. 负责组织部门月会，参加每日早会，及时处理出现的问题；

5. 根据生产计划，合理控制仓库原材料和成品的库存，***限度提高仓库利用率，降低仓库成本；

6. 做好月度、年中、年终盘点工作，做到账物一致；

7. 做好仓库、叉车的GMP和5S管理工作，保证仓库的库容库貌；

8. 跟踪临其期原材料和成品的管理，***可能将少浪费；

9. 根据每日车间生产和成品出货情况，合理安排人员工作时间，控制人员加班；

10. 保持与销售以及工厂采购、生产等其他部门的沟通合作，确保仓库高效运作；

11. 负责部门下属人员的年度KPI指标的指定与年度考核；

12. 负责下属人员的培训，以提高其业务能力；

13. 每月需对库存成品和原材料进行分析，对存在的问题提出跟进措施；

14. 按照公司SAP要求每日做好原材料和成品的收发货；

15. 做好工厂外租冷库的管理工作，控制原料库存和外租库成本；

负责年度的公司冷冻冷藏原材料及成品的短途运输业务

  

Bachelor's degree in logistics

  

Over 5 years of experience in plants preferably in foods or beverage industrial

  

Over 5 years of experiencer with a multi-national company or JV.

  

Sufficient knowledge of “Warehouse Management System”
