Job Title:                     Recruitment Specialist (3 month Contract)

    

Reports To:                 VPGM, APAC / Dotted line to Hiring Manager US

    

Position is based in:   Shanghai

    

    

RESPONSIBILITIES

    

·         Design and implement overall recruiting strategy

    

·         Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

    

·         Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives

    

·         Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/platform.

    

·         Source and recruit candidates by using databases and social media

    

·         Screen candidates resumes and job applications

    

·         Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

    

·         Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes

    

·         Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

    

·         Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

    

·         Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

    

·         Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work

    

    

    

    

REQUIREMENTS

    

·         Minimum of 8 years working experience as a recruiter preferable in western MNC

    

·         Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related Proven work experience as a Recruiter, either an in-house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter

    

·         Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews and hands on experience with various selection processes

    

·         Ability to organize skills assessment centers, such as in tray activities, psychometric tests

    

·         Knowledge in HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) is an advantage

    

·         Good knowledge of labor laws and taxes in Mainland China

    

·         Good command of written and spoken in English and Putonghua;

    

·         Proficiency in using MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;

    

·         Excellent management ability, interpersonal communication, sense of responsibility and enthusiasm is an advantage
