任职要求：

- 年龄28-35岁，大学本科毕业

- 具有3年或以上商场租赁经验

- 熟悉上海之租赁市场，对商场装修工程及施工流程具有丰富经验

- 拥有服装连锁店相关经验者获优先考虑

- 中英文水平良好，拥有良好沟通及谈判技能，灵活及应变力强，并具有同时负责多个项目的能力
