任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，物业管理、酒店管理、旅游管理等相关专业优先；

2、年龄20--28岁，身高163cm以上，形象气质佳，身体健康；

3、有一年及以上会议服务相关工作经验，具有高端或大型会议服务工作经历者优先。

工作职责：

1. 严格执行学校及公司的规章制度和部门的管理规定；

2. 负责与学校对接各会议室使用情况及会议室协调，保障会议室环境适宜；

3. 根据会议性质、开会时间、与会领导人数及要求引领接待、参观讲解、开关门、布置会议场所，并准备会议所需的各种用具和设备（包括但不限于文具、装饰物、多媒体设备）；

4. 定期检查会议室物品存储量和消耗情况，物资完好无破损，月底做好物资盘点工作，确保所有财产不丢失；

5. 对图书馆/综合楼等其他区域应约会议服务需求提供服务，对临时增加会议提供服务，随时做好开启会议室准备；

6、完成主管交代的其他临时性工作。
