1.Comply with the safety and environment requirements and responsibilities. ·          

2.Understand Group VMV and code of conduct. Ensure compliance in all the domains in scope. ·          

3. Be responsible for admin cost control. ·          

4. Provide admin service—shuttle bus, canteen, cleaning, wardrobe. ·          

5.Provide office admin service--stationery, office layout, office 5S ·          

6. Provide visa application support & other business needs ·          

7.Follow up other assignment from Plant Manager ·          

8.Support PER activity, Annual Dinner, Family Day, Outing, Sports, Birthday Party etc. ·          

9.In charge of annual audit from government departments ·          

10.Collect updated government policy on administration and company operation ·          

11.Provide related service to visitors ·          

12.In charge of admin data update (attendance, email group, admin policy etc.) and admin report. ·          

13.Comply with the safety and environment requirements and responsibilities. ·          

14.Obey safety coordinator duties aligned with safety duties.
