职位描述
Summary:
While located near factories of major customers, serves as primary quality issue contact for Micron customers.
Responsibilities:
? Provide on site support to customers (factory) for product quality issues.
? Work with customers (factory) for monitoring Quality performance of Micron product on each customers.
? Work with Micron QRA engineers, technicians as well as FAEs on system-memory related problems.
? Work will include system level troubleshooting and debug to board level using memory diagnostic software and equipment (Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, etc.). It will also include memory system analysis associated with BIOS revisions, diagnostics programs, etc. and identifying and measuring timing problems or signal quality issues.
? Work will include technical discussion with external customers regarding memory related problems in end applications.
Other work will involve system level evaluations and analysis of failures on new memory products. This will include creating reports to communicate lab tests and analysis to Micron QRA and customers.
Requirements:
? Bachelor Degree or above, electric related major are preferred
? 3+ working experience in the industry (design, test, qualification, etc). Familiar with semiconductor or DRAM product are plus.
? Good oral and written English, be able to use English as working language
? Hard work, good teamwork and communication skills
