Duties & Responsibilities

1. Assist recruiting specialist to collect resumes online or from local labor market, screening and report results to Suzhou corporate office

2. Work closely with corporate recruiting specialist and site managers to arrange on site and off site interviews.

3. Be responsible for on-board training, employment probation evaluation and renew employment contract valid, termination formalities

4. Personnel filing

5. Be responsible for communicate with site employees and report feedback to corporate office

6. Coordinate with HR agencies on personnel/contract issues

7. Assist corporate office to organize team activities

8. Assistance on administration work if needed

9. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Competencies

1. College Degree or above

2. Good written and oral English is preferred

3. Strong knowledge in computer software (power point, excel word etc)

4. At least 2 years experience as HR specialist or generalist

5. Be familiar with general HR practices and knowledge of Labor Law

6. Good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills

7. Ability to manage more than one task at a time, can work under pressure

8. Positive working attitude
