- Communicate with CM and PD regarding design/production issues. - Work closely with PD and oversee all electronic issues.

Clarify testing issue with hardware test engineer to improve test coverage.
Clarify process issue with mechanical process engineer and MFG Clarify component issue with component engineer

Redefine second control gate for short term solution Defined verification plan for issue tracking

Perform DOE plan in pilot run stage

Review DOE result
- Ability to design new project DOE plan is plus. - Ability to do PFMEA in pilot run stage is plus
- Ability to do acoustic failure FA is plus.

Yield improvement
Failure analyze and provide solution

BS or MS degree in EE related or equivalent

4+ years of experience in issue debug.
Up to 50% travel (inside China)
Familiar with MFG process form IQC, SMT and FATP. Proficient in written and verbal English.
Be able to work independently under high pressure and tight schedule.
