Call Center Manager (m/f)
in the Exposition Center in Chongqing (starting 06/01/2013)
Duties
Establishment, introduction, and sustainable realization of processes and structures in international surroundings with a fast growing team
Development of optimization approaches and process management, as well as the preparation of decision bases
Control and analyses of department key figures
Coaching of team leaders as regards to realization of quality analyses, employee-feedback, determination of agreed targets, realization and moderation of team meetings, etc.
Ensuring and controlling the team targets of the individual team leaders (productivity, AHT, quality)
Organizing and realization of meetings
Interface for call center service providers
Regular reporting to German Management
Profile
A university degree, preferably in an economic discipline
Multiannual experience in leading, controlling, and coordinating several teams
Multiannual operational experience in customer service
Excellent oral and written command of German and Chinese, command of additional foreign languages welcome
High self-motivation
Technical know-how and high affinity for numbers
Enjoyment of interpersonal communication
Solution-oriented acting, target-orientation and strong sense of responsibility
Excellent command of MS Office
