We have an exciting opportunity for Business Development Manager to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will support the sales team by proactively seeking new and interesting Distribution /OEM /ODM opportunities, maintaining and gaining new contacts, and in all ways seek to support the overarching BD strategy.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify strategic accounts, develop business plans and implement business strategies to capture new business.

• Provide leadership and strategies designed to influence and build relationships with new accounts.

• Align and develop as needed marketing tools (pricing, communication, etc.) to secure new and continuing sales to client base.

• Interact within the multicultural environment of MICONVEY and with colleagues based in different countries.

• Improve sales revenue and margins for the respective accounts/regions in line with MICONVEY products and budget.

• Develop respective marketing and sales plans, gain approval for these from the MICONVEY management team, and implement these strategies.

• Ensure the availability and dissemination of up-to-date and relevant market and competitive intelligence for the respective accounts.

Candidate requirements

• Strong background in surgical related products sales/marketing.

• Strong demonstrated knowledge in the MIS field especially on Staplers, Ultrasonic Scalpel, ESU, …etc.

• Experienced business development/sales professional with strong communication and social skills.

• Above 8 years' professional experience in medical products and related markets.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated success in sales/marketing.

• Be an energetic, independent, strong willed individual with the ability to guide the organization toward success.

• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit to be able to work in an unstructured, high growth environment.

• Must be able to manage a travel schedule up to 50%
