QUALIFICATIONS

1. Degree of Chemistry Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Management or equivalent.

2. Over 5 years working experience in manufacturing industry, with Boilers（锅炉）, Chillers（冷水机）, Compressors（压缩机） and Cooling Towers（冷却塔）.

3. General understanding in process control strategy and has logical problem solving skill

4. Good interpersonal skills and communication and cooperation skills.

5. Basic command of English both in spoken & written.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Setting operating directions including operating parameters and high level production targets and Area Rules.

2. Facilitating operating teams in the resolution of performance gaps by performing the role of Operate Facility Expert

3. Providing facilitative leadership to the Operating teams in solving of daily process and quality problems using simplified RCA and Problem solving skills.

4. Providing leadership direction to Operate Process Coordinator in effective execution of daily and weekly plans.

5. Lead and/or facilitates in Performance Gap Report and Manufacturing Events investigation to ensure learning are shared and eliminate future occurrence.
