职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Implement MTI projects and deliver results to improve plant KPIs.
2. Optimize process conditions and develop procedures to improve plant performance.
3. Implement of new technology to improve overall performance (Quality, Yield, Uptime & Cost).
4. Conduct plant tests and new product development.
5. Assists in developing standard operating procedures.
6. Assists in investigating product quality complaints from our customers.
7. Assists in training and development of technicians and operators.
8. Key contributor to the Plant Quality Management System.
9. Responsible for providing specifications for Raw Materials, Packaging, Process Control and Final Products.
10. Provide second level support to operations for day to day product and quality issues.
11. Contributor to the Process Safety Management system of the plant.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES (Optional)
1. Develop and Update Standard Operating Conditions (SOCs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
2. Review Job Procedures (JPs) with Operations.
3. Provide technical support to Operations to resolve Production and Quality issues in a timely manner.
4. Provide technical support to Small/ Large Projects in implementation of the project.
5. Provide specifications for Raw Materials, Packaging , Process Control and Final Products.
6. Provide Technical Service to Customers.
7. Provide relevant training to Operations and Maintenance.
8. Participate/Lead in Safety Subcommittee work and other safety activities including safety audits and safety investigation.
9. Issues test sheets and reports for process improvement items and new product development.
10. Issue process changes (MOC) and small project activities.
11. Liaise with external vendors, customers and/or contractors for technical issues.
12. Participate actively in Site Networks.
13. Participate in Global Manufacturing Technology Networks and activities.
14. Lead in investigating trade quality complaints and make recommendations for corrective actions.
15. Provide technical support to joint ventures, sister sites and third party contracting work.
16. Other adhoc tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor.
17. Complete MTI projects in time and deliver expected results.
18. Responsible for implementing quality management system.
19. Participate in internal quality audit.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor or Master degree in Textile engineering preferred. Mechanical, chemical engineering, industrial chemistry, polymer engineering will be considered.
2. At least 8 years relevant manufacturing working experience in Polymer or Fiber Manufacturing Process with knowledge in process equipment operation and maintenance, like reactors, heat exchangers, distillation columns, extruders, spinning equipment. However, fresh graduates will be considered.
3. General understanding in process control strategy and has logical problem solving skill.
4. Must work well in team environment.
5. Self-motivated and good communication skill.
6. Basic PC skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for daily application.
7. Good Communication skills of oral & written English.
