Role: Accounts Payable Manager – ASP APAC Fin Share Service Center

Report to: Accounting Manager – ASP APAC Fin Share Service Center

Your Impact

Here’s where you’ll demonstrate your competencies:

· Lead the team in support of 13 ASP APAC entities Accounts Payable, Banking, and Employee T&E claims

· Supervise Periodic Accounting Closing Activities of Accts Payable

· Process Champion to streamline the SSC AP/Payment process in collaboration with different stakeholders, include but not limit to SSC GL/Country Fin / Various ASP Functional Departments / 3rd Party Accounting Service Provider in some countries

· Proactively explore diff approaches to enhance Accounts Payable Team Productivity

· Execute company discipline to maintain robust control environment on accounts payable side

· Develop Team Skill Sets

Our Needs

Here’s what we’ll need from you:

Minimum Requirements:

· Bachelor Degree of Finance or Commerce

· At least 6-7 years of MNC SSC Accounts Payable Experience with progressive responsibilities. 3-4 years supervisor experience is preferred. Additional 1-2 years GL experience is plus

· Good knowledge & Experience of SAP systems.

· Must be a well-rounded leader with the utmost integrity, Possessing Excellent Control & Process Improvement Skills

· Familiar with APAC Countries Banking System and GST/VAT knowledge is preferred

· Of effective communication skills (English & Mandarin) to influence stakeholders
