Job Responsibilities岗位职责:
1. Support recruitment including job posting, CV screening, and cold calls, arrange interviews accordingly.
协助发布招聘信息、筛选简历、拨打面试电话及面试邀约。
2. Maintain the online recruitment channels and weekly wechat posting.
维护线上招聘渠道及微信招聘公众号。
3. Support the onboarding and exit process to ensure all related procedures are well documented.
协助入离职流程，确保相关文件留档。
4. Responsible for routine HR database maintenance and employee P-file management.
负责日常员工数据维护和员工档案的管理。
5. Other operational or ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager.
完成经理安排的其他辅助类工作。

Job Requirements 岗位要求:
1. Bachelor or Master degree, majoring in Business Management, Human Resources, or English is preferred.
本科及以上学历，相关专业（工商管理、人力资源或英语专业）优先考虑。
2. Excellent communication skills, great team player with a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn quickly.
优秀的沟通技巧和团队协作能力，积极主动、学习能力强。
3. Detailed and result oriented, ability to work to deadlines and prioritize work accordingly.
细心、结果导向，能高效完成工作任务并优先安排紧急事务。
4. Fluent in written and verbal English, readiness to work and grow in a challenging and dynamic learning environment.

5. Capable of working at 3 days per week for three months. Intern with proven excellent working performance can be transferred to full time employee.
