Responsibilities of quality supervisor:

1. Assist the quality manager to carry out the overall quality management work of the quality department;

2. Be responsible for the coordination and communication of the trans-department work of the quality department;

3. Be responsible for the construction and development planning of the team of engineers and inspectors in the quality department;

4. Be mainly responsible for the preliminary Quality Planning and mass production quality assurance of the quality sector of Volvo project;

5. Be responsible for the problem management of Volvo customers, 8D audit, customer communication and internal coordination;

6. Be responsible for the process quality control of Volvo products;

7. Be responsible for the leading analysis of the quality problems in the factory and customer quality problems, and determine the improvement countermeasures;

8, be responsible for carrying out quality-related training and related quality activities.

Job requirements:

1. More than 5 years of quality management experience in automobile industry, foreign investment background is preferred;

2. English requirements: able to communicate independently with foreign customers;
