The position is responsible for efficient invoicing, close connection with counter / SSC / customers, ensure the correctness, timeliness and completeness of the invoices provided to customers.

The position is responsible for good management of blank invoice and invoice sub. To optimizing the invoicing process to adapt to the special needs from VIP. To promotion of E-invoices I/O traditional paper invoices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily monitor the invoice printing to ensure all the tasks on our INVOICING PLATFORM can be completed without missing.

2. Cooperate with GSSC invoicing team to make sure all the invoice issued can be correct.

3. Collate the paper invoices according to the different payer, prepare the receipt order, send the prepared invoices and receipt order to our counter for invoice distribution.

4. Prepare the statement and check with agents.

5. Responsible for blank paper invoice purchase and invoice management.

6. Monthly report related to invoicing data of SHANGHAI

            

Required Experience & Skills

1. Bachelor degree.

2. A good understanding and knowledge of accounting

3. Good at EXCEL and English

4. Good communication skill

5. related experiences in invoicing management priority.
