工作内容：

•   Establish, implement, review and evaluate a company-wide training & development master plan aimed at  broadening employee knowledge and competences/skills as part of continual improvement.

• Training budget allocation with control follow-up. Ensure adequate and implementation of balanced and effective managerial/behavioural & development programs at different levels across the company.

• Build a learning organization culture conducive for employees to assume primary responsibility for continuous learning and maximizing their potential by acquiring current and future required competences.

• Create and deliver world-class training & development programs and tools according to business goals.

• Measure training effectiveness and follow up post-programs.

• Determine and maintain a balance between long-term organizational capability requirements and individual employee’s development needs.

• Assist to establish Individual Development Plan for key position holders and early career potentials with regular review and update.

• Maintain and update the management development database :e.g. Talent Track, 360 feedback.MD Overview file and take follow-up action accordingly.

• Follow up coaching and mentoring program with effectiveness measurement.

• Actively involved in HR projects.

• To complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

要求：

• Bachelor and above
• A minimum of 7 years’experience in the Training & Development function in a multinational company or joint venture with more than 500 employees.  Of these, 5 years should be in managerial position and with coaching/mentoring responsibilities.

• Have rich experiences in training system installation.
• Have rich experiences in training cause development and delivery.
