工作职责

Assignment

• 负责生产进程的顺利进行

  Responsible for a smooth production progress

• 保证每月按时交付状态

  Ensure on time monthly delivery status

• 遵守技术协议

  Adherence to Technical Contract

• 根据客户需求安排项目进程

  Project Scheduling according customers order

• 协调内部和外部的部门人力分配

  Coordination of manpower assignments in house and external

• 提供在EMT设备内的机床安装和机床部件安装解决方案

  Solution orientated machine setup and machining cell assembly within the facilities of EMT

• 负责在重庆工厂和客户处的机床验收工作

  Machine acceptance both in Chongqing & at Customer Site

• 人力统筹控制在每月的基础内，保持并接近计算的范畴内

  Manpower capacity is controlled on a monthly basis staying within and close to the calculated limits

• 每月部门KPI数据汇报

  Monthly department KPI reporting

• 准备并实施生产员工的培训课程，对每一个部门员工进行绩效和必要的重新定向的年度审核（资格矩阵）

  Preparation and implementation of a training curriculum for production staff, annually reviewed (qualification matrix) with performance indication and necessary redirections for each employee

• 依照公司整体人力资源规划开发部门的不同功能

  Team development within the different functions of the department in line with the companies overall HR strategy

• 其他由总经理指定的工作

  Other tasks as assigned by General Manager

   

  任职资格

  Your Qualifications

• 工业，机械或自动化学士学位，至少4年的工作经历，有超过8年的熟练的技术人员工作经历

  Bachelor degree in industrial, mechanical or automation engineering, with min. 4 years working experience, alternative skilled worker qualification with more than 8 years working experience

• 必须具备出色的领导能力，良好的沟通技巧和团队合作能力

  Must have proven leadership abilities, good communication skills and teamwork capabilities

• MS办公软件，SAP系统以及CAD软件信息技术知识

  Information technology basics of MS Office –package, SAP and/or CAD 

• 非常出众的英语能力

  Strong command of English
