Job Purpose:

This role is responsible for PR and branding management of both brands: KidsLoop and Badanamu. It may include but is not limited to brand management, marketing communication, media relations, message buildup, PR events, social media management, crisis management etc. It focuses on increasing the KidsLoop and Badanamu brand awareness and exposure in the China market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. According to the company's overall development strategy, formulate an annual PR communication strategy to enhance the brand awareness and reputation of Badanamu and KidsLoop in the China market

2. Media relations and crisis management: build and maintain the national media relations, plan and organize media interviews, jointly produce high-quality positive communication content with the media and pitch for media opportunities from content perspective

3. Content management: internally build the key message, write press releases and soft articles externally, and ensure the timeline and accuracy of message delivery; and timely monitor and follow up, and produce media clippings

4. Maintain and operate social media accounts of two brands regularly, including content writing, publishing and data monitoring of WeChat and Weibo

5. Responsible for the pre-planning and on-site execution of various brand events such as exhibitions, media conferences, and IP activities

6. Manage the national PR budget under supervision

7. Cooperate with the Korean team, members within the department and other departments to complete other designated projects

Person Specifications:

1. At least 5 years of relevant work experience in branding/PR/media/marketing/event planning

2. PR agency experience is preferred; especially B2B experience is preferred

3. Bachelor degree or above, major in journalism/PR is preferred

4. Understanding the general situation of domestic media and having rich media resources in various industries

5. Familiar with the operation of social media and able to independently operate official social media accounts

6. Possessing good copywriting skills and presentation skills

7. Strong sense of responsibility, work efficiency and positive attitude

8. Having good communication and collaboration skills, logical thinking skills, and teamwork awareness

9. Having certain insights into kids’ education, AI and data, and work experience in education technology is preferred

10. Good oral and written English skills
