Responsibilities主要职责
- Ensure assigned business objectives are met within the timeline
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations; attend technical presentation and clarification meeting; technical appendix negotiation; attend commercial bidding and contract negotiation.
- Providing sales forecast and market reports.
- Plan sales & marketing approach technique
- Attend sales meeting & negotiation
- Work in multi-functional team to deliver sales target
- Internal handover meeting preparation.
- Assist in attending plant start up, plant test run and trouble shooting.
Requirements 任职资格
- College or Bachelor degree in Petrochemical / Chemical / Polymer production engineering.
- Minimum 2 - 5 years as Engineer in refinery, up or down stream petrochemicals, fine & special chemicals, or coal chemicals field. With plant operation and DCS control practices / experience would be added advantage.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Fluent in both oral & written English and Chinese
- Ready to work under pressure.
- Team-work oriented, flexible and strongly committed to achieve results.
- Availability for frequent traveling.
- Conscious to work in an international environment

-在管辖区域内(哈尔滨)准备技术和商务报价, 参与技术澄清、商务谈判及合同洽谈
-提供销售市场预测和准备市场报告
-策划销售市场调研
-参加销售会议和谈判
-在团队合作中实现销售目标
-准备内部会议
-协助支持工厂设备测试、运行及故障排除
任职资格：
-大专或本科学历，化学工程或高分子材料相关专业
-户口：哈尔滨
-具有2-5年炼油厂、石油化工、精细化工、煤化领域工作经验
-有工厂和DCS控制系统经验者优先
-较强的书面和口头沟通技能
-具备良好的谈判技巧
-能用英语进行日常沟通，英语读写能力良好
-有一定的抗压能力，注重团队合作、处事灵活，坚定地致力于目标的完成
-能接受经常性的出差
-具备在国际化环境中工作的意识
