Responsibilities

1. Monitor and ensure the stability of servers. Regularly maintain and patch update on system and hardware. Manage, configure, change and backup the server according to business needs. Server include: DC, file server, web server, database, exchange and other Windows/Linux based application server.
2. Handle routine server issue support: check the customer tickets, analyze and resolve simple technical issue like accounts, permission control by using procedure and effective communication. Escalate urgent and critical issue in time.
3. Complete project independently, ensure project goals are achieved on time, on budget and within scope replay on project standard process – initiation, planning, implementation/monitoring and closing.  Ensure smooth communication between departments, and timely escalate risk, changes. Document project related process and outcome based on direction of supervisor.
4. System performance and safety monitoring: monitor system status daily, find existing system issues and potential issue in time, report to supervisor and provide suggestions.

工作内容/职位描述：

1. 监控和保证服务器的稳定运行，定期进行系统和硬件的维护升级、补丁更新。根据业务的需求对服务器进行管理、配置、更改和数据备份。服务器包括：DC、文件共享、web、数据库和exchange等基于Windows /Linux 的应用服务器。
2. 常规问题支持：及时查看部门收到的用户问题，利用相关的流程文档和有效地沟通，独立分析解决一些常规的有关账号，权限等简单的技术问题。对复杂、紧急的问题，能及时上报。
3. 独立完成项目，确保项目目标实现。通过标准化流程对项目进行初始化，规划，实施，监控和收尾。在项目中确保各部门之间沟通顺畅，风险和更改及时上报，根据上级的指导，提供完整的文档。
4. 系统的性能和安全监测：日常查看系统的日志和系统状态，能及时地发现一些现有的系统问题和一些潜在的问题，及时向上级汇报并提供建议。

Qualifications

1. Have experience in IT and operation/maintenance, have participated in or managed projects, familiar with the project process, studying or have obtained PMP certificate are preferred
2. Working, understanding or have experience with the following system are preferred, SQL Server, MySQL/Windows Server / Mail system /Virtualization and Cloud Platform / Symantec Backup Exe / Ubuntu or other Linux System (preferred but not required)
3. Strong analysis and communications skills, and willing to take responsibility of the challenging work (multi-tasks / project support)
4. Well patience for user training/troubleshooting.
5. Training / Certification of MCSE / RHCE is preferred
6. Basic English communication in terms of written and oral.

1. 有IT运维方面的从业经历，有项目管理和实施经验，熟悉项目流程，正在学习或已经获得PMP证书者优先。
2. 熟悉 SQL Server, MySQL/Windows Server / Mail system /Virtualization and Cloud Platform / Symantec Backup Exec / Ubuntu or other Linux System (preferred but not required)
3. 需要较强的分析和沟通能力，可以主动承担有挑战的工作，包括分配的任务和对公司项目的支持
4. 可以耐心的排除故障，解决疑难问题，完成培训和相关的工作。
5. Training / Certification of MCSE / RHCE is preferred
6. 基本的英文读写能力。
