工作职责:

为进一步加强与业务部门的联系，做好业务决策支撑。财务部积极应对业务部门的要求，组织财务BP深入业务部门内部做好沟通与协调，为业务部门提供财务支持，故提出招聘需求，具体职责如下：

1、 根据国家相关管理制度的要求，建立和完善内部控制制度，财务系统的组织架构、不断优化流程；

2、 及时发现业务环节潜在问题和风险，并提出应对措施；

3、 建立和改善财务流程和风险管理体系；

4、 对接公司内部/外部审计，识别审计需求，协调财务内部个部门提供相关资料。

1、 According to national regulations and rules, establish and modify internal control system, finance organizational structure, streamline operational process.

2、 Take replied measures to address any problems and risk identified in business operations.

3、 Establish and Improve financial process and risk management system.Collect the progress of target companies, and recognize the potential acquisition opportunities.

4、 Approach internal and external audit, recognize audit requirement, coordinate with relevant sections to prepare required documents.

任职资格:

1、本科及以上学历，财务管理、会计、审计或其他经济管理类专业；

2、具备CPA证书，5-10年以上审计或内控管理工作经验，半导体行业或会计师事务所工作经验优先；

3、知识层次丰富，熟悉国家会计、法规、财务管理等财务制度和业务；

4、熟练操作Office软件，良好的书面写作和口头表达能力；

5、具有良好的团队精神、工作态度、学习能力和抗压能力，高度的自我驱动和结果导向。

1、 Bachelor degree or above, major in audit, finance, accounting or other economic management.

2、 CPA is preferred,5-10 years

experience in audit or internal control practice, audits firms or semi-conductor industry working background is a plus.

3、 Have an in-depth knowledge towards the accounting, financial management.

4、 Excellent computer skills including MS office, particularly in Excel、MS Project. Good at in written and spoken Chinese &English

5、 Good team worker and excellent learning ability, independent and hardworking, response well to pressure, self-motivated and result-driven.
