Key Responsibilities:

l  Work together with other Designers and design teams

l  Create 4 collections and some express collections a year

l  Trend research with Design Team

l  Create style design sheets according to style budget, follow up that your ideas on design sheet are followed

l  Making sure that design deadlines are kept

l  Work closely with buying team and pattern maker team

l  Together with Designer constantly ensure upgrade of product groups: Pinpoint and improve weak categories, fabric quality, fitting and product to market demands from running analyzes.

l  Together with Designer constantly ensure latest trimmings, fabrics, treatments, fittings and updating of suppliers according to trend

l  Constantly upgrade fabric quality, fitting and product to meet market demands

l  Be responsible for collecting offer from trim supplier, new seasons trim research

l  Show new ideas to design team leader

l  Cooperate with local designers, oversea designers, buyers and technicians in Beijing

Job Requirements:

 l Bachelor degree and above, major in fashion design is mandatory

l Excellent English speaking and writing skills

l At least 3+years’ experience within fashion design

l Excellent in using Adobe Illustrator (a must), Photoshop and MS Office

l Very good commercial understanding

l Good communication skills, team player and be good at expressing ideas

l Used to work with deadline, and can work under pressure, well organized
