Qualification 资历要求:

• Requires 1+/3+/5+ years of experience of Master/ Bachelor/ College degrees respectively. 硕士1年以上相关工作经验，本科3年以上相关工作经验，大专5年以上相关工作经验

1. To have the basic knowledge of trim materials 掌握面套材料相关知识;

2. Skilled with Autocad, Accumark or similar software 熟练运用Autoa, Accumark等软件;

3. Basic knowledge about sewing process 掌握缝纫工艺相关知识;

4. Acceptable English skills, both written and spoken 良好的英语书面和口语表达能力；

5. Good communication skills and team work 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神;

6. Familiar with overall automotive development procedure 熟悉汽车整椅开发流程.

Job Description 职位描述:

1. To communicate with customer/seat complete engineer about STO/trim book, feasibility, attachment, etc to meet manufacturing /engineering and customer objectives as specified 与客户/整椅工程师就STO /trim book，设计可行性和附件等进行沟通，以满足指定的制造, 技术和客户要求.

2.  To work with Trim/Project Leader and Engineering supervisor to assure quality completion of system deliverables 与面套/项目Leader和技术主管合作，确保系统可交付成果的质量.

3.  Responsible for interaction with suppliers and customers in consultation with the project team 负责与客户和供应商的 技术交流，并向项目组汇报.

4. To ensure all designs are done using all provided guidelines/checking tools, DFMEAs, lessons learned, benchmarking, DFM/A, manufacturing inputs etc 确保所有的设计按照既定的指南/检查工具, DFMEA, 经验教训, 规范, DFM/A, 制造投入等完成.

5. To prepare all necessary design documentation like BOM, DFMEAs, performance specifications, drawings/layouts etc 准备所有必要的设计文档，例如BOM，DFMEA，性能规格，图纸/布局等.

6. To coordinate necessary material to developer and direct developer to develop trim cover协调材料以完成面套的开发.

7. Any other duties / functions assigned from time to time by the Management 完成上级临时安排的工作任务.
