1，根据研发和平台释放的工程变更需求，组织评估工程变更执行的可行性，负责协调生产/研发/平台/采购等部门制定工程变更实施的可行性方案；

2，管理工程变更涉及的新旧零件库存，主导完成切换工作，记录断点信息；

3，接收生产部提出的变更申请，在工程变更管理系统中提出申请并跟踪执行变更；

4，负责管理新项目物料计划，根据需求提出购买申请，跟踪生产需求，合理控制物料库存。

Ltd. , Fiat Powertrain Technologies and Chongqing Heavy Vehicle (Group) Co., Ltd. The company was established in June 2007 and locates in CETZ, Chongqing .

The business of joint venture will be to design, develop, assemble and produce the engines and their parts and components, and supply spare parts and related after-sale services.
