Reconcile actual cash in with SAP data and bank or platform statements

Check and make sure each sales refund proceeded under right amount and authorization

For Endless Aisle, guide and check stores related booking in DModa, specially for exchange or refund if any

Collect and filling sales receipt +POS slip

Issue pro forma invoice and prepare “Signed Cover”, “Order Proposal” for stamp

Confirm payment cash in and prepare goods pickup document (Amount + Quantity + Delivery Note for LC)

Posting sales revenue, credit note in AS400 and SAP

Posting bank related cash in for franchise and whole sales in SAP

Checking each payment application supporting file, making sure the right authorization, accurate payment amount schedule per agreement or order, fapiao right issued

Correctly booking under right cost center, accounts and order if need

Other basic AP team work per AP leader request

6-month contract with third party
