1.协助项目总监制定战区业绩指标，制定达成业绩指标的相关措施，指导督促门店完成业绩指标。
2.负责所辖区域日常门店运营情况管理、包括销售管理、人员管理、库存管理、货品陈列等工作。
3.做好区域内新开门店促销推广活动及相关事宜。
4.收集市场信息及竞争对手的分析。
5.按要求及时递交各类经营管理报告和报表。
6.完成上级指派的其它各项工作。

任职条件：
1.大专以上学历，食品、市场营销、连锁经营管理专业背景优先。
2.五年以上第三方或零售连锁经验优先。
3.有强烈的事业心，热爱工作，积极上进。
4.善于沟通，性格开朗，团队合作意识强，抗压能力强；
5.良好的的市场策划及市场营销或管理经验，较强的计划与执行能力。
