Job Responsibilities
● Provide strategic consultation to EpiCX Stakeholders in defining Salesforce components/architecture related to the core OCE IQVIA suite.
● Establish a CoE/Governance framework for core Salesforce components of the IQVIA OCE suite
● Support in overseeing and recommending changes to Data Flow, Data Dictionary during affiliate implementations and ensuring the architectural continuity of cloud based systems like MDM, CRM, and Data Lake.
● Interface with other EpiCX Core Salesforce Architects, Technical Leads and Developers to ensure that Core EpiCX architecture is not compromised, drive technical solutions, estimate work efforts, define milestones and provide technical leadership.
● Highlight short-term trade-offs vs long-term commitments and where those are worth implementing or not. Ensures that the solutions are scalable (technology), efficient (process), effective (cost), and supportable.

Requirements
● At least 7 years of experience with force.com & integrations.
● At least 2+ years of functional Data and Information Architecture experience.
● At least 2+ years of experience working at an Enterprise or Portfolio level as this role involves looking at an entire ecosystem of solutions which are in various states of integrations, dependencies, and considerations. Systems can have scopes ranging from the local country, to regional (e.g.: LATAM, Region Europe), to global.
● Team and stakeholders are located across multiple geographies (San Francisco, Eastern Canada, Poland, Switzerland, and some in Asia Pacific). Some flexibility in working hours may be needed.
● Can discuss and evaluate Enterprise Architecture designs.
● Located in Singapore, Hong Kong or similar cities in Asia-Pacific timezones.
● Communicating effectively - spoken and written English and Mandarin languages.
● Able to handle senior business stakeholders.
● Global travel requirements: up to 50%.
