Job Accountabilities 职责:

1.       分析相关报告，结合采购及市场信息，跟进和落实库存，执行陈列及商品促销等销售计划，以完成部门销售及毛利预算。

Analyze business reports, follow up on the inventory and implement merchandising order, display and demo plan with merchandising information and marketing survey to meet the sales and profit budget of the dept.

2.       扫描商品，以确保部门商品标价准确。

Scanning merchandizing to ensure the reasonable inventory rate so as to meet company’ standard.

3.       巡视部门并跟进例外，指导部门同事100%执行公司有关保质期、陈列图、清洁卫生等营运标准，确保部门标准达到公司要求。

Follow up the exceptions and coach the associates by walking around the dept. 100% implement the rules and standards regarding quality terms, display, and sanitation and cleaning.

4.       合理排班，确保足够人手补货、区域整理及会员服务；培训指导员工为会员提供盛情服务。

Reasonably arrange dept. working shift, ensure enough hands to do merchandizing supplier and members service；Guide and train up Associates to provide outstanding services to members.

5.       倡导并推广公司文化及相关政策，指导及培训同事，制定并执行团队培训及继任计划，为公司发展培养合适人才，与同事保持有效沟通，创建公平、公正、公开的工作氛围，以提高员工士气。

Promote company’s cultural and related policies, guide and train up Associates. Draft and implement team training and succession plan, development associates and keep good communication with associates to create

Equal, justice and open working environment and to lift the associates’ morale.

6.       检查并跟进所属部门同事执行贵重商品盘点等程序的情况，及时与资产保护部保持沟通并跟进资产保护部巡视记录以降低部门损耗。

Exam and follow up the associates’ performance in implementation of the expensive merchandizing inventory. Keep timely communication with AP and keep close eyes on AP’s reports to reduce the dept. lost.

7.       合理控制自用品、员工工时等费用于预算内以节省成本。

Reasonably control self-suppliers and associates working hours within the budget to save cost.

8.       培训指导员工严格按照公司的安全操作程序的执行，及时跟进安全巡视例外，杜绝安全隐患。

Train up sponsors to implement the safety procedures strictly and timely following up the exceptions to prevent potential safety risks.

Job Requirements 任职要求:

Education 教育：大专junior college

经验 ：3年社会工作经验，2年相关行业同等职位工作经验。 3 Years working experience with at least 2 years related 热爱零售行业；了解食品或非食品部门的运作流程；具有良好的管理能力及沟通技巧；具备良好的顾客服务意识；略懂烟酒商品的专业知识为佳； Passion with retailing. Have knowledge about operations of food or nonfood. Good management ability with nice communication skills. Good sense of customer service；Some knowledge about Lig & cig is preferred.
