Senior China Production Planner / Production Planner Leader- 高级生产计划 或 生产计划主管（美资急聘）

 Responsibilities:

1. Creates Production work flow for one or many (multiple ) products across all factories.

2. Coordinates all assets are in on time to Manufacture on time.

3. Has a companion Production Manager in NJ to coordinate all manufacturing.

4.  Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the entire Production Process.

5. Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.

6. Monitor and tack Production Schedules, while coordinating same with Operations, Fulfillment , and China , PD and Sales.

7.  Provide, coordinate quick response to Production issues.

8.  Coordinate the Creation and Release of Manufacturing orders to the Factories.

9.  Analyze forward looking forecasts and calculate utilization of specific molds, machines, and work cells.

10.  Recommend needed capacity additions to support forecasts at targeted lead times.

11.  Enforce Global Production Process.

12.Establish and provide daily/weekly/monthly production metrics and KPIs to drive Operational Efficiencies, Production Efficiencies, Reduce COGS.

13.  Ensure timely communication between Factories and WCT.

Education/Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting

2.  15+ years related experience and or training in a complex manufacturing environment.

3.  Demonstrated fluency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis, including use of pivot tables and logic-based formulas.
