岗位职责:

1、根据法律法规、客户技术要求、市场技术趋势等需求分析，定义电机产品及子部件的技术规范；
2、与客户进行技术交流，确定最优的机械接口设计方案；
3、负责电机集成方案的机械设计，并将电机总体要求分解到零部件，完成电机系统技术文档（数模、图纸、客户技术资料，DFMEA等）；
4、负责电机关键零部件的机械设计，完成电机关键子零件的技术文档（数模、图纸、订货规范等）；
5、负责分析电机系统需求（功能及安全），制定电机产品验证试验计划；
6、协调公司内部相关接口部门（采购、工厂等）。

任职资格:

1、电机工程，机械制造及自动化、机械电子、车辆工程等专业硕士及以上学历；
2、具有较强的机械设计和计算能力，熟悉金属件和塑料件的设计方法和加工工艺；
3、熟练使用UG，MS office等软件；
4、良好的沟通,团队合作及英语水平；
5、勤奋踏实，能够适应高强度的工作，抗压能力强，良好的沟通, 团队合作及英语水平。
