1、根据公司发展战略，组织制定人力资源战略规划， 对公司组织结构设计提出改进方案。

According to the company's development strategy, organize human resources strategic plan. And propose improvement plans for the company's organizational structure .

2、根据公司年度运营计划规划人力资源需求并实施。包括支持业务部门进行工作流分析，提出岗位职责设计方案。并编制公司工资总额，及公司年度薪资调整方案.

According to the company's annual operating plan, make plans for human resource requirements, which include supporting business departments to conduct workflow analysis, proposing design schemes of job responsibility and compiling the company's total salary and the annual salary adjustment plan.

3、根据公司体系要求，组织制定及改进公司招聘制度、培训制度、薪酬考核制度、人事档案管理制度、员工手册等规章制度，并组织实施。

According to the requirements of the company system, organize and improve of the company's recruiting system, training system, salary evaluation system, personnel file management system, employee manuals and other rules and regulations.

4、负责协调公司各部门间的合作关系，建立公司内部畅通的沟通渠道。

Responsible for coordinating the cooperation between departments and establishing smooth communication channels within the company.

5、监督和检查公司各项行政制度的执行情况，指导、检查与监督公司生产安全、宿舍、食堂、车辆等后勤保障工作；

Supervise and inspect the company's administration system. And guide, inspect and supervise the company's production safety, dormitory, canteen, shuttle bus and other daily work;

6、负责将人事部门工作计划分解到个人，并监督计划完成情况。评价考核下属员工工作完成状况。控制部门预算。

7、完成领导安排的其他工作；

岗位要求：

1、统招本科及以上学历，人力资源管理或工商管理等相关专业；

Undergraduate degree or above, Human Resources Management, Business Administration and other related majors;

2、三年以上人事经理工作经验，能独立完成人事工作各模块工作；

More than three years of HR manager experience, be able to independently complete each module of HR work;

3、熟悉人力资源相关知识、劳动法相关知识、当地人事劳动局相关政策；熟悉企业的招聘流程及各种招聘渠道；熟悉当地社保、公积金政策，对人力资源管理事务性工作有娴熟的处理技巧；

Familiar with human resources knowledge, labor law knowledge, local personnel and labor bureau policies; familiar with the company's recruitment process and various recruitment channels; familiar with local social security, housing fund policies, and skilled in human resources management affairs ;

4、其他要求：具有良好的职业道德；工作细心，责任心强；有较强的沟通、协调能力；有团队协作精神，熟练使用Office软件； 英语听、说、读、写熟练。
