Job Accountabilities 职责:

1.       管理商场网购小组的日常工作，确保网购业务在商场的顺利开展 To manage daily work of store online-shopping team to make sure online business launched successfully in store. 

2.       确保每天准确、及时地完成网上订单在商场的拣货、过机、包装、出货等工作 To ensure the smooth flow of the orders throughout the process of picking-up, checkout, packing and dispatching. 

3.       对于订单出现缺货或者是库存不足的情况，及时与顾客保持良好沟通 In the case out-of-stock or not enough inventory for the order , need communicate with customers in a good way timely 

4.       与第三方物流公司保持密切合作，确保送货及时 To keep closed cooperation with 3rd logistics vendor to ensure timely delivery. 

5.       及时在收银机上将物流公司退回的商品做好退货处理 To conduct the return processing on dedicated register for the orders returned by 3rd logistics vendor. 

6.       每天完成所有电子报表并做好保存 To complete daily electronic reports and keep them filed properly. 

7.       协助现金房每天完成与物流公司的对帐工作 To assist Cash Office to verify A/R with 3rd logistics vendor every day 8.       协助现金房通过银行转帐方式将退款返回到顾客的帐户上 To assist Cash Office to transfer the refund to customers’ account through bank. 

9.       培训好团队的同事，确保高的工作效率 To well train team members to ensure high working efficiency. 

10.    与总部网购团队紧密合作，不断提升网购小组的工作表现 To cooperate closely with HO EC team to improve work performance of online business continuously in store 

11. 与客服中心/物流公司妥善处理好顾客投诉     To handle the customer complaints with customer service center/logistics companies properly.     

Job Requirements 任职要求:

Education 教育： 大专或以上学历’   Junior college or above 

Experience 经验： 3-5年以上山姆会员店的工作经验， 或2年以上电子商务运营经验 3-5 years work experience in Sam’s Club, or 2 years above work experience in e-commerce operations 

1、 对网购业务有强烈的兴趣和热情 Strong interest and passion in e-commerce 

2、 熟悉商品相关知识 Familiar with the products

3、 熟练使用商场系统 Familiar with store system

4、 沟通协调和计划组织能力强 Good communication, coordination and organization skills 

5、 能承受大的工作压力 Able to work under pressure 

6、 具有很强地解决问题和随机应变的能力  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

7、 良好的顾客服务意识 Strong sense of customer service 

8、 熟练操作Excel,   Word,可以进行简单的数据分析   Familiar with Excel,   Word,   and able to do simple analysis             Professional
