Main Tasks:

- Produce MHS tool and machine designs meeting company need and performance expectations

- Work with process and product engineers to define specifications for MHS tools applied

- Conduct technical studies, and analyse requirements & problems, provide and documents solutions

- Provide support to define product/tool interface data to ensure process in MHS tools does not impact quality

- Produce MHS tool and machine designs meeting company need and performance expectations. Support continuous improvements and innovations as needed

- Plan and supervise MHS project installations from inception to tool/process qualification

- Provide engineering service for MHS tools, jigs, fixtures and other devices at process and product level including designs for special tools controlled by product form factor or design

- Monitor and improve the performance and reliability of MHS tools including efficiency, reliability and quality

- Provide technical documents and technical training to all level of personnel supporting or using MHS systems

- Establish and maintain technical and transaction documents to clearly define technical specifications, operational requirements, maintenance and EHS procedures and precautions

- Provide support to MES for system integration and validation testing until released for production

Requirements:

- Degree from university or higher technical college, mechanical/electrical/automation

- Process engineering experience in IC-Substrate, HDI-PCB, Assembly, IC-Packaging or related industry

- Experience in working with intercultural teams preferred

- Knowledge of project management, data evaluation and design of experiments

- Experience in Factory automation

- Background in equipment integration into MES

- Knowledge in communication protocols within equipment/equipment/host systems like SECSGEM,OPC, TCPIP, SMEMA,semi e84

- Knowledge of quality tools like SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP, etc.

- Good analytical skills with attention to details

- Good stress management skill

- Fluent written and oral English necessary

- Good communication and negotiation skill
