Job description:

The services comprised in the duty of the Inventory Planer for ba&sh China include:

·         Implement the merchandising strategy encompassing amongst others pricing, sizing, assortment, and store transfers.

·         Follow and warrant the delivery of the products for all distribution channels: retail, outlets, e-commerce.

·         Implement mark-down strategy to ensure stock efficiency.

·         Warranty an optimal lead time to market, optimize delivery, inventory level and assortment.

·         Maintain current weekly/monthly report to make improvement decisions and relay relevant feedback to the operational teams and to partners, build up new reports when necessary.

·         Coordinate closely with various departments and teams regarding all merchandising and inventory planning matters.

·         Set-up and supervise inventory planning daily operation process of our subsidiaries.

 

Requirements:

·         Bachelor or master’s degree in merchandising, business or economics

·         Over 2 years of experience in merchandising or inventory planning

·         Previous experience in fashion or retail

·         Very strong analytical skills, attention to details

·         Polyvalent, flexible and generalist mind-set

·         Very good communication skills, open-minded and adaptable

·         Independent, well-organized, having teamwork spirits.

·         Fluent in Chinese and English
