WHO YOU ARE

- Extensive knowledge of software engineering principles, software development and its execution within a retail environment, ideally using web application frameworks
- Good understanding of ongoing emerging new technologies in eCommerce and retail, including cloud and information technology trends and best practises in human centred design and user experience
- Good understanding of how to develop, define,plan and execute a technology roadmap to meet business requirements together with relevant stakeholders
- Understanding of the IKEA corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people, to ensure right representation
- Knowledge on the possibilities and restrictions of architecture solutions to develop a feasible architecture design

Proven advanced training in engineering, computer science, econometrics, mathematics or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of progressive and diverse experience in digital product development
Demonstrable experience in working in an Agile or DevOps working set-up
Extensive experience with Alibaba Cloud Analytics and the Chinese Digital landscape
Strong business acumen and a strategic & commercial mind-set
Knowledge and experience working with various technology platforms
Experience working with and understanding the needs of customers or clients (internal or external)
Ability to lead a cross-functional team through influence
Proven analytical skills and experience making decisions based on hard and soft data
Strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders
Strong team working and collaboration skills

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for maximizing the business results and customer value resulting from the development
and deployment of Alibaba Cloud Analytics applications making trade-off decisions as needed
- Support the Country Digital Data & Product Manager and Country Data & Analytics Manager in
developing the China product roadmap
- Ensure Alibaba Cloud Analytics team have a good understanding of the product roadmap and vision as
defined by the Country Digital Data & Product Manager and Country Data & Analytics Manager to
inform the creation and prioritization of the backlog
- Actively manage the digital product backlog including clearly expressing product backlog items and
prioritizing items based on business goals and optimization of work in the agile team
- Active involvement in sprint planning meetings to help provide clarity and elaborate features and user
stories to help the team better understand the requirements and how success will be measured
- Define and deliver acceptance criteria and the ‘Definition of Done’ working collaboratively with the rest
of the team
- Act as a subject matter expert for Product teams, providing insight, context and additional information
as needed to help the understanding of Product teams of what is required
- Work collaboratively with other Product Owners & Managers across Digital to refine the backlog and
identify cross journey dependencies in China as well as in Central
- Engage with China Chapter Leads and ensure necessary chapter resources and functional becomes
part of the agile team
- Work cross-functional to ensure that the agile team has what is needs and remove blockers that
prevent the agile team to maximize the delivery of digital products
