Summary:

This Marketing Manager position is based in Beijing and responsible for all marketing related work of the Airlines in China. You will report to both the Managing Director and the Airlines Chief Representative (English speaking) in China.

   

As a Marketing Supervisor, you will:  

• Coordinate Marketing/PR needs of the Airlines’ headquarter;
• Coordinate and support all online and offline marketing demands of Airlines offices in China , including the seminars and industry exhibitions
• Work closely with the team on various promotional works including WeChat/Weibo post, promotional posters and press release
• Work closely with the team on public opinion monitoring, and conduct crisis management when necessary      

• Deliver high quality marketing campaigns to drive the Airlines branding awareness
• Develop and maintain good relations with news & industry medias
• Manage routine communication with third party vendors and key partners
• Support the Embassy events and other activities
• Perform other duties as assigned or apparent

     

You’re a great fit for this position if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, English, public relations, marketing or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a marketing related role

• Excellent communication skills – verbally and in writing (Fluent in English, CET 6 or above)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. (Basic Photoshop skill is a plus.)
• Ability to create, propose and implement a comprehensive marketing plan within the budget and time frames

• Ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks

• Ability to work under pressure and proactive to solve problems

• Experience in aviation industry is preferred
