The position is responsible for sanity check of invoice and approval, dispute handling, as well as responsible ports area cost report and analysis, to work closely with operational team, support procurement negotiation to achieve the target of cost saving.

Key Responsibilities

1. to coordinate the Agility saving report with branch, track progress

2. to prepare cost analysis/reporting to category procurement for responsible port area

3. to execute the monthly cost analysis review for responsible port area

4.  to prepare ad-hoc cost benchmark report for business decision support 

5.  to handle terminal rebate and volume monitoring

6.  to be responsible for invoice validation, approval and dispute handling 

7.  to closely work with operation teams for cost saving behavior drive and cost KPI monitoring

8.  to support operational team to prepare the operational cost budget and monitor the actual cost VS budget 

9.  to closely coordinate with revenue control to ensure the cost recovery from customers are duly made

10. to be a business expert and play active role in system testing and implementation local or global projects

11. to pursue cost validation process standard, efficiency and improvement 

12. to be responsible for people management and KPI setup for the assigned team

Required Experience & Skills

1. Bachelor degree or above, specialized in Maritime/Logistics or related

2. 8 years above experience in shipping industry

3. Fluent English; Good skills in excel/PPT

4. Analytical to cost report, data benchmark and result oriented

5. Strong willingness to learn, high curiosity for problem solving skills

6. Good communication and interpersonal skill

7. Ability of multiple tasks priority under time pressure

8. SAP/Oracle experience is much preferred
