Job Responsibilities：
岗位职责：
- 通过邮件、电话、拜访等多种方式开发和维护客户；目标客户：团建公司，企业，旅行社等。
- Develop  and maintain customers through multiple methods such as email, telephone, and  visits; target customers: group building companies, enterprises, travel  agencies, etc.
- 制定及执行市场销售计划，洽谈合作方案，价格谈判及签约后维护工作。
- Develop and implement market sales plans, negotiate cooperation plans, price  negotiations and maintenance after signing the contract.
- 熟悉各大社交媒体的运营，发布有关民宿文章，回复，评论等工作，有一定的文字功底，会撰写公众号文章，增加粉丝数量，提高民宿预定
- Familiar  with the operation of major social media, publish account of Wechet, replies,  comments, etc. related to homestays Surrounding information, have a certain  writing skills, will write public account articles, increase the number of  fans, and increase reservations.
