Responsibilities：

  

1. Inspection of customer contracts for quality-relevant points

  

2. Internal audits:

  

?Customer-related internal audits may be executed to evaluate effectiveness of measures, modifications, process changes and/or new tests

  

3. Technological consulting for topics concerning reliability:

  

?AQM shall be available to Account Engineers for consultancy concerning quality-relevant technology issues

  

4. Relevance of standard modifications and/or certification requirement changes for customer:

  

?AQM shall actively inform himself of current situation regarding customer-relevant standards requirements (prerequisite: appropriate education and centralized data collection system)

  

5. Customer-related (product) FMEA support and moderation (when necessary):

  

?AQM will support when needed the creation of an FMEA  and will clarify exact requirements with customer (differentiate cosmetic/function defect score) // Authority to evaluate FMEA and demand changes. Plant carries responsibility for FMEA

  

6. APQP:

  

?AQM to always participate in customer-relevant APQP projects

  

?Attend to sustaining of customer requirements concerning APQP projects

  

7. Off Spec. Handling:

  

?Support/Consulting for plants during creation of Off Spec Requests

  

?Inspection and/or decision before data is forwarded to customer (Account Manager and AQM hold authority as to deciding of forward)

  

8. Input for Supplier Development (also valid for quality related materials and offload):

  

?Customer input bearing an effect on suppliers shall be forwarded to SQM

  

9. Claims Handling:

  

?Coordination and monitoring of multi-plant claims

  

?HOQ makes decision as to recall claimed goods and take actions at plant level // AQM has authority to overrule decisions

  

?Justification of claim costs will be evaluated by AQM (e.g., sorting costs, transport costs). Locally made decisions are responsibility of HOQ. AQM has right to overrule after further inspection. Sales to be informed. Plant manager is responsible for releasing of credit note

  

10. Customer support:

  

?Contact person for quality-relevant issues for assigned customers

  

11. Customer audits:

  

?AQM plans customer audits regarding customer needs together with Q-Manager Plant  and Account Manager (Timetable + Agenda)

  

?AQM will participate in audits upon request

  

?AQM to forward information concerning past audits and audit results to HQM

  

 

  

Requirements：

  

1. Technical background (Bachelor +), experience in related industry preferred

  

2. Broad experience in quality standards and management systems

  

3. Fluent in English

  

4. Strong analytical skills

  

5. Leadership, decisiveness and social skills

  

6. Ability to represent the company to external organisations (customers, suppliers,..)
