岗位职责：

1、根据研发生产及销售部需求，协助完成所需产品的询价、比价、议价及订购工作。

2、根据库存情况及研发生产需求做好合理库存。

3、负责查收、核对所购产品的型号、质量及数量，如出现查收货品出现异常，应及时与供应商沟通处理。

4、负责采购合同、资料的日常管理。

5、负责与供应商确认开具发票的内容及金额，并要求供应商及时开出相应发票。

6、负责对所购产品的跟踪和延期交货的催促

8、建立优质供应商制度，加强与供应商的接洽沟通，订购产品优先考虑优质供应商。

任职要求：

1、实习阶段至少：3个月以上；

2、每周可至少出勤：3个工作日；

3、具有较强的学习能力；

4、想了解学习采购工作。
