负责大客户级别的企业客户的开发、推进及维护，以专业顾问式销售对接企业高管，挖掘EHS需求

职责描述/Job Responsibilities：

1、快速融入团队并学习掌握：公司产品体系、热门产品特性、目标企业客户画像、复杂定制项目业务流程、客户内部管理结构及采购流程等必备知识；

2、负责企业级大客户定制培训项目的开发、推进及维护工作，快速找到客户关键人，与其建立良好和信任的客情关系；

3、以顾问式销售方式引导并挖掘客户潜在需求，在产品团队的协助下对其进行线索问题分析、引导、针对实际的需求，迅速制定有针对性的方案及报价，推进商务谈判拿下订单；

4、协助做好项目的协调与管理，及时做好客户与项目落地相关角色的沟通桥梁，跟进反馈并向客户提供后续的建议，提升客户满意度，寻求长期合作；

5、对已完成的项目进行深入分析和挖掘，协同内外部顾问发现改善和深化的空间，以便获得更多的潜在机会。

任职资格/Requirements：

1、全日制统招本科/大专及以上学历，专业不限，对EHS行业有高认可度，愿意长期致力于帮助企业提升经营决策能力和专注EHS发展的工作；

2、具有2年及以上相关背景且销售或1年以上TOB业务对接企业级大客户销售经验；

3、优秀的B2B顾问式销售技能，擅长与企业高管沟通，灵活应变能力强，能有效抓住客户的需求点，并迅速做出反应；

4、高情商、学习能力强、对销售工作热情度高，抗压力好，能不断给自己设定更高的目标和追求获取更高的报酬；

5、有责任感及良好的团队合作意识，有高效沟通并解决问题的能力。
