Job Description:

Deliver the best possible outcomes and high quality of HR administration processes to the expected standards whilst maintaining business continuity and customer satisfaction that responds to the business need.

Data entry of personnel details onto HR systems.

HR系统信息维护。

Keep HR spreadsheets and filing system up-to-date.

实时更新HR表单和归档系统。

Reporting management.

报表管理。

Prepare employment contracts with related HR forms.

参照HR表单数据准备员工合同。

Prepare and collate a set of HR forms for orientation to new joiners.

准备并核对新员工入职所需表单。

Manage the operation and data accuracy of HR systems and establish the statistical reports for analysis in the regions.

操作HR系统并确保数据的准确性，分区创建统计分析报告。

Follow up on completion of probation review forms with line manager.

协同直线经理跟进并完成员工试用期评估表。

Support on issuing various letters (e.g. Probation letters, reference letters etc.).

支持各类信函签发 （例如试用期信函、推荐信等)。

Provide support in all visa applications (new employment visa, extension visa etc.).

支持各类签证申请工作（新签就业签证、签证延期等）。

Provide support for employee on benefits granted by the company.

向员工提供公司福利方面的支持。

Participate and deliver other ad hoc HR projects and tasks as required & assigned.

参与被临时安排的其他项目和任务。

Job Requirements & Person Specification

Degree in Human Resources or related discipline

人力资源相关专业学历背景。

Mature, independent, proactive, good team player

成熟，独立，积极，良好的团队合作能力。

Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills

优秀的人际交往、沟通和问题能力解决。

Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese

中英文听说读写流利。

Well-versed with PRC Employment Ordinance

熟悉中国境内雇佣相关法律知识。

Proficient in PC application, Microsoft Excel is must

熟练使用办公软件。
