职位描述

Payroll and Benefits

  • Responsible for the overall pay and benefit administration
  • Ensure the payroll services is in line with government regulations and school policies, and delivered in a timely and accurate manner, keeping a good filing system. Monthly IIT calculation and declaration.
  • Distribution of monthly payslips to staff.
  • Prepare C&B related reports and data analysis.
  • Liaise the insurance broker to ensure the timely and accurate data collection and enrolment of new staff and cancellation of leaving staff.
  • Working closely with Finance Team and Operations Team, help all expat staff to claim their housing allowance, tuition fee, relocation allowance and other benefits.
  • All matters relating to Social Insurance
  • Act as the focal point for overseas banking service (HR part)
  • Monthly tax receipt collection from the tax bureau
  • Documents preparation and check for staff’s overseas bank transfer
  • Liaison work between bank and the staff with the transfer issue
  • Bank card open for new staff
  • Staffs enrolment, updates and settlements
  • Staff retirement
  • Local staff social insurance and housing funds matters
  • Expat staff commercial medical insurance administration
  • Responsible for annual tax declaration and assisting staff in declaring of ITT


Budgeting

  • Under the supervision of Head of HR, produce annual staffing budget for HIS and HILA.
  • Including budget/forecast comparison data
  • Complete monthly comparison in liaison with Finance
  • Work with HR Head and regional HR Head to conduct Market research, salary structure review, benefits review, performance management, budget and etc.


Compliance

  • Collects and maintains C&B information like market practice and government regulations, ensures all C&B programs are in compliance with labor law.
  • Keep up to date on all current affairs and policies in relation to C&B.
  • Plan and organize HR briefings to introduce the key C&B policies to staff.
  • Responsible for all C&B related school policy review


Annual Leave

  • E-road system setting and maintenance: include school calendar setting, staffs leave rules, leave approver updates
  • Monthly checking on leave records to ensure they are compliant with leave policy Acting as the focal point for ERP/payroll module, help the Head of HR to implement the overall E-HR system.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and above.
  • At least 3 years successful experience in a comparable role.
  • Fluent communications in English and Chinese.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills and a good understanding of human relationships.
  • Understanding and practical knowledge of employment law and employer best practice.
  • Ability to work with confidential information.
  • Experience of working in a school environment is preferred.
  • Experience of HRIS is preferred.
